Saturday: Kung Fu Kids (8 years old and up)

Our classes will teach basic Ving Tsun hand drills, kicks with mitts and body shields, exercises, self defense. Your child will benefit with improved focus and self discipline, better awareness of personal safety, respect for self and others, improved physical fitness, and learn the traditional way of Chinese Kung Fu.
